Creating Change 2012!
The 24th national conference on LGBT equality: Creating Change is coming to Charm City - Baltimore, Maryland, and the Hilton Baltimore, January 25 -29, 2012.
What is Creating Change? Only the premier annual organizing and skills-building event for the lesbian, gay, bi-sexual and transgender community and their allies.
The conference is run by the National Gay and Lesbian Taskforce, and attracts more than 2,500 people from all over the country every year. Presenters and participants come from all walks of life and include members of the business community, elected officials, students, faith leaders and staff and volunteers of non-profit organizations.
The five-day program features over 250 workshops and training sessions, four plenary sessions, and tons of networking opportunities. Ignacio Rivera will be participating in the Sexual Justice Institute on January 26th.
On January 27th, Ignacio will be a panelist on Mapping Your Desires.
Ignacio will be co-facilitating the following workshops: 1/27 Consent and Wholeness; 1/27 Kink, Race and Class; 1/28 Sex Positive People of Color Caucus.
